Providing a great miz of cushioning and stability, the wave technology found in the Mizuno Wave Inspire performs faultlessly. The wave technology eases the rate of over-pronation in a more gentle manner than most other shoes whilst also acting as a great shock absorber. It does this in a very efficient manner, meaning that no extra cushioning is really needed. This helps to keep the shoe light and responsive whilst still offering a suitable level of protection to the runner. We've run in these shoes for years and struggle to think of anything bad to say about them!
