We can testify that these are LOVELY shoes! For such a strong stability shoes, it's incredible how comfortable and cushioned the New Balance 859 really are! The extended stability web offers as much support as possible without being a motion control shoe, yet the presence of ABZORB SBS (which the New Balance rep affectionately calls “Super Bouncy Stuff”) really gives a springy feel to these shoes that’s as satisfying at the start of the run as it is at the end! New Balance’s patented N-Lock system provides extra stability in the upper. The New Balance 859 really is the dark horse of the footwear we stock! Anybody who has ever tried them in store has never really expected much from them until they put them on at which point they nearly always smile! A beautiful shoe to run in!
