We’ve moved! - Tue 6th Apr 2010
Well, after months of threatening to do it we finally got around to moving to Haverfordwest! It’s been an eventful few weeks and we’ve all discovered we hate painting but it’s nearly over now. Just a few spots of paint to put around the place and we’ll be flying!
For those of you who don’t know where we are, we’re on Upper Market Street not far from the new leisure centre on St. Thomas’ Green (and even less far from the cinema!). There’s ample free parking on the green and we’re just a few hundred yards from there.
We’d like to thank everyone for their support while we were in Milford and look forward to seeing you all in Haverfordwest very soon!

The 2010 TriExercise Pembrokeshire Coast Triathlon - Sun 11th Oct 2009
We are pleased to announce that TriExercise will be the title sponsor of the 2010 Pembrokeshire Coast Triathlon, held in Broad Haven on 3rd of July. We are delighted to be able to lend our support to the organisers from the

Dale Half Marathon - Wed 30th Sep 2009
A big well done to everyone who took part in the Pembrokeshire Half Marathon on the weekend. There was some fearsome racing going on and some great performances especially given the tough nature of the course. The 10k record was missed by just 17 seconds (with the winner failing to better his brother’s record from 2 years earlier!).

Sporting efforts this weekend - Mon 14th Sep 2009
It’s been a busy sporting weekend for local athletes with the Pembrokeshire Team Challenge on Saturday and the Bala Standard Distance Triathlon on Sunday. Conditions were ideal for racing this weekend and some good performances were had.
Well done to Team Murco for winning the Team Challenge and a well done to Ceri Jones who went under 3 hours at the Bala triathlon (after saying in the shop on Saturday he’d be glad to go faster than 3:30!).

Events calendar: Our new events calendar lists all the running, cycling, triathlon and other endurance events we’re aware of in Wales, including some of the more notable events around the UK. You can subscribe to the RSS feed on the events calendar page and receivce information on any added events instantly.
Help and Advice: Here we’ll attempt to answer the more common questions we get asked by our customers, plus some of the more interesting topics to help you get the most from you sporting experiences. If you want to ask our advice on anything sports related then don’t hesitate to get in touch!
We’re always trying to develop the site to make sure you, the user, get as much out of it as you can. If you have any thoughts and ideas about anything you’d like to see on here then let us know.

Brooks Ravenna is the latest offering from Brooks in their “guidance” range. All we can say is that this shoe is superb! It’s been really well received and loved by everyone who’s tried it. The Ravenna’s key features are that whilst being very light, flexible and nicely cushioned it is still very supportive, particularly for the late-stage overpronator. It is ideal for runners looking for a bit more performance from their high-mileage shoes without sacrificing protection.
We think the Brooks Ravenna is a fantastic running shoe and despite only being in stock for a couple of weeks, it has quickly become one of our best-sellers.
