Triathlon Sites:

Pembrokeshire Triathlon Club: They meet every Tuesday at 7:15 in Haverfordwest Multi-Storey car park for a group interval type run. All abailities welcome- the run is done on small circuits so nobody is ever left behind or lost. Swimming is on Thursday at 6:30 in The Meads, Milford Haven. Again all abilities are welcome. Just come along and make yourseld known!
