TriExercise - Website Returns

We will happily exchange or provide a credit voucher for any item purchased from Triexercise. We make no charge for returns - there is no "restocking fee" It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for and make sure that all the returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. If the item is returned by the customer within 10 days of purchase - a refund can be issued. If the product is returned after the 10 day period, the customer may only recieve an online credit note or exchange the product. Postage costs for the item are not refundable.

What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?

Return it to us within 10 days. Please include the following details in the return package:

Your name
Contact details
Reason for return

Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and they’re in original packaging with all labels etc still attached. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Certain medical products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued.

Who pays the postage on returned items?
If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. We refund  for items found to be faulty, if your returns carriage exceeds this amount please contact us and we will see if we can arrange collection.

How quickly will TRIEX Sports process the return?
We process most returns the day they arrive with us. Sometimes we don't quite manage to do them all but your return will be dealt with within 7 working days.

What happens if TRIEX Sports are out of stock of the replacement item?
We will contact you immediately to let you know when the item is in stock. If the item is faulty and we do not have it in stock we will refund your credit card for the item you returned to us (again every transaction is assessed at the time of the return being received). When the replacement item arrives, we will charge your credit card for it and despatch it straight away.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?

Simply, return the product with details describing:

We'll either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.

Who pays the postage on returned faulty items?

If you're returning something to TRIEX because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Also, we won't charge you for postage on any replacement goods. We recommend using recorded delivery or registered post to return any items to cover you against loss.

How do I know if TRIEX Sports have processed my return?

If you have any problems with an order from TRIEX, send us an email. We will tell you exactly what steps we're going to take to rectify the problem

What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?
All goods supplied by Triexecise are from official sources within the UK and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. If you feel that an item has failed prematurely, send us an email. Certain medical products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued. Due to health and safety regulation, we request all used clothing to be washed before returning back to us. Failure to do this, we will have to return back to you as we will not be able to inspect these goods. Please do not attempt to hand deliver the return as you will be turned away which may cause offence. There is no shop front or customer service facility available at our warehouse.
