TriExercise - Shipping Information

Triexercise use Royal Mail and occassionally Courier Services for all it's despatches.

All online orders received before 5pm will be shipped the same day. Our postage days are Monday to Friday in accordance with Royal Mail Delivery service.

Please make sure that someone is at the address you have specified for delivery as some packages require a signiature for receipt of your order. You can select a different delivery address when placing your order, such as your workplace or a neighbour’s address. To do this simply enter a new address in the delivery address screen .

Please Note: If you use a different delivery address your receipt will still be sent to your billing address. If the property being delivered to has any special instructions ie. First floor flat, no easy access or a landmark - We cannot ask a postman special instructions! As we use Royal Mail for our standard delivery service, it is not possible to give specific instructions (e.g.: "If I am out please leave behind shed"). For our courier services, you may enter special instructions for delivery please phone us.

We don't charge shipping more than once! If your order contains multiple items, some of which may not yet be in stock, we will charge shipping just the once, and ship each item as soon as it is available

How is shipping calculated?
Triexercise calculates shipping charges on the average cost of postage. This has proved to be an extremely popular way of shipping especially if you order more than one item.

What if I want some items really quickly?

We sentd the majority of our orders 1st class which usually means (but doesn't guarantee) next day delivery. Guaranteed next day delivery costs extra. Please phone us to Pay for priority delivery in the normal way - that way, we'll despatch what we can as soon as we can.

What happens if an item in my order is delayed?
We will wait for 5 days, then send the items we do have in stock. The remaining items will go onto back order.

Items on back order will be despatched as soon as they arrive with no delivery charge.

What happens if an item in my order sells out while I'm waiting for the rest of my order to come into stock?
We will try not to let this happen as items bought online will be immediately removed from the shop floor and, if it is the last of a particular item, it will also be removed from the website. For items where there is limited stock, we will give priority to customers paying for priority delivery.
