These are Triexercise Online Store Terms and Conditions of sale to which all online purchases are subject.
1. Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Triexercise website. Prices in our stores may be higher or lower than shown . Special Offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as ‘available online.’ All prices are correct at time of display online. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed.
2. Ordering Goods
Our online store can accept orders originating from and for delivery to UK and BFPO addresses. To order goods from our online store, please note we maintain our online stock records so they are consistent with our warehouse stock. Any order made after 12pm will be sent off the following day. If we are out of stock of a purchased item online, you will be contacted to confirm if you would like to wait while the product is ordered from the supplier. If you don’t wish to proceed with the order, the transaction will not be authorised and no money will be exchanged from either parties.
Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, you will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout pages. We will ask for details of your billing address - this MUST be the address at which your Credit/Debit card is registered - and email/phone contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order. You will be given the opportunity to select a different delivery address later in the checkout process. For our corporate or account customers, several addresses may be organised for delivery to multiple destinations.
Finally we will ask for details of the Credit/Debit card you wish to use to make your payment. Once the order has been processed, a receipt of your purchase will be generated & sent to your online account with us and also to your email address (if specified) for you records. You will be able to track your order through your online account and will receive a tracking number of our postage service as well. (e.g Electoral Roll data). We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order.
3. Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.
4. Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Triexercise will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records.
5. Liability
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.
6. Delivery of Goods
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead time. This charge will be shown clearly during the checkout process.
Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for parcels under 2kg or courier over 2kg. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Courier deliveries.
6a. Delivery Charges
If a product is available to purchase online, post and packaging is charged in addition to the prices shown.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size of the product ordered. You only pay one delivery charge irrespective of the number of products ordered. If you order 2 or more products that fall into different categories, the higher charge will apply:
When you add products to your shopping cart the appropriate charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process.
If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us either by emailor telephone 01646699236(Mon-Sat 9am-6pm, Sat 11-5pm).
Triexercise will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when registering with our website, however this will not bring into existance a legally binding agreement between us. All orders placed on Triexercise are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 4 below. Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. No contract will exist between you and Triexercise for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Details of your order will be retained by Triexecise in our database and these details can be made available on request.
6b. Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 3 working days providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page.
Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
IMPORTANT
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
7. After-sales Service and Guarantees
Where applicable, details of manufacturers guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the product. After sales service and warranty/guarantee claims will initially be dealt with by our internet orders department.

8. Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses.
We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. We can deliver to international address if you are a registered account member and your details have been verified or your method of payment is authorised through our payment gateway.
Deliveries to British Forces Posted Overseas are restricted by both size and weight.

9. Complaints and Queries

10. Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 28 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a credit note. Methods of return are as follows:
i. By Post. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post.
ii.. Simply return the item to a Triexercise Store for an exchange or credit note. You must show your receipt of purchase in order to exchange the product or receive a credit note of the product’s value.
If you post the item to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment, within 10 days
11. Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price.
12. Colour Reproduction
Reproduction of colour online is as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow.
13. Safe Shopping Guarantee
We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on the Internet with Triexercise is as safe as purchasing by card in a regular Triexercise store. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information sent over the Internet. In processing your order, your information may have to be sent over the Internet more than once. At no point is your order information sent in this way without encryption.
